Our mom was living in the Independent Care section of a Westerville Senior Retirement Community and as her dementia increased we relied on Comforcare Senior Services for more and more services. They were very responsive and quick to add services as mom needed them. This allowed her to remain where she was until we could find an Assisted Living facility that we could afford. The staff members that worked with mom were very caring and contacted me whenever there was a problem. or concern.
We have worked with Liz, Tess, and Yolanda at Comforcare, they are all great. My Dad has been using their services for the last 6-months and we are extremely happy with his daily home care aide, Mispah. She does a great job helping around the house, preparing meals, and providing companionship. Thank you Comforcare!!!
Provided dependable care for my mother 24/7 during the last six months of her life. We were very pleased with the compassion and care of the staff. My mother developed some real bonds with most of the staff and ComForCare was very good about ensuring that her needs were attended to. ComForCare was also very good about ensuring that the insurance company received all their required paperwork. Not an easy task! Thank you ComForeCare!
