As an employee of this company I've witnessed quite a few issues. From the employees' prospective the scheduling could use some more structure. You can't treat all of your employees as "On Call" if they weren't hired as such. To the seniors care... A few of the caregivers there aren't properly trained to deal with the various needs of the residents they're providing care for.
