I cannot say enough good things about Acheline, my husband's caretaker. She is the most trustworthy person I know; I am completely at ease knowing she is in my home and watching over my husband. On her own, without any prompting, she sees what needs to be done and does it. She will fold clothes, wash floors, empty the dishwasher and I never ask her to! We have used ComForCare Home Care (Treasure Coast, FL) twice in the past few years, once for 24 hour care for a short time period and more recently for companionship/cooking/light housework, 3 afternoons a week. In both cases ComForCare sent great aides and was always their to meet our needs. The scheduler I worked with, Mariela, was always available, responsive and supportive to our requests and needs. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
We needed a little help with dad and the ComForCare team was professional, responsive and caring. They communicated freely with me so I always knew what was happening and when I needed emergency assistance, they were able to send someone to help. We are very pleased with their service.
Mary at ComForCare is attentive to nuances of those with memory illnesses-several times she recognized symptoms leading to an UTI—Three times with your mom. The first one was when she was going to hit me and xxxx had to come home.
