There was a slight initial hesitation to take my request but I pushed it. Got the best overnight care post surgery. Owners, the one they sent to pick me up from the surgical center, their helpers were all very kind. Thanks to Nia and Katea. Awesome team!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Alice and Stan from ComFor Care South Bay. After our elderly mother was discharged from a terrible SNF that value profit over people, ComFor Care was a true and much-needed relief. Outstanding service from ComforCare, my wife interviewed multiple agencies before deciding on ComforCare. Owners came with each new caregiver and personally introduced to my wife. My wife is totally satisfied with June the caregiver who has been with her for 4 months. Also Stan had been so helpful in helping us to get the LTC insurance claims started. Thanks !! Caregivers were outstanding. They were professional,caring and hard working. I could not have survived without them.
Ladies arrived on time, finish tasks completely, gave terrific showers, put things away in organized manner, coordinated outfits and dressed in clean clothes. Always had a positive attitude, helped with stretching following PT direction.
