I would recommend this to anyone with seniors who need support on their daily lives. Allen and his team acted fast and provided immediate support to my mom when we were very desperate. The PSW they assigned to my mom was very professional and caring.
This is to let you know that I am very much satisfied with the services provided by Harvinder Kaur PSW.She was very supportive & helpful during my post operatve recovery phase.Also I am thankful to Ben & Chan for giving me all the details about the services!
We needed caregivers for my mother after she returned home from the hospital after a couple of falls. Ben and his team were responsive to our needs and accommodated our requests. I was happy with their professionalism and empathetic approach to our situation. Before hiring the caregivers, we had either a meeting or video call with the potential candidates. My mother appreciated having someone who spoke Chinese, although I needed this person to also be able to speak English and they were able to find the right people.
Allen and Dorothy were great!
