This company only care about the money we pay, but not with my mom, there are days that my mom doesn't anyone to take care of her, especially when we need a caregiver to assist, I would never recommend this company to anyone, the person I spoke to has a very condescending tone, If I still remember, her name is Wendy. I don't know if she's new or she knows how to handle clients at all.
This is an amazing company and I really love the aide Dusu. They will help you to feel better just by being kind and having big hearts.
I have used ComforCare twice, now. They were good the first time. I had no complaints. This second time they were beyond compare! Cynthia was our one aid through my Father’s journey. She worked seven days a week allowing my father to be home and my parents to be together for his last weeks on this earth. Dad was comfortable with Cynthia and preferred her over any hospice nurse or aide. I cannot say enough good things about them. I definitely know who I will call when I am in need, again. I cannot say enough good things about Comforcare Columbus Ohio. The caregivers were amazing and the office staff responsive and helpful in finding the right fit for our family they also took care of submitting information for long term care insurance. Highly recommend 10/10
