I am most grateful and appreciative for the miraculous work Ms. Zaydenberg and her agency have been doing to make my mother's life meaningful, enjoyable, happy and actually possible. In my strongest opinion, if not for Ms. Zaydenberg personally and her most wonderful staff, by now my mother would not be able to enjoy her life and would, most likely, be in a vegetative state if alive at all. Great Company! We used there services for our Uncle, 24/7 care, they were always on time, very friendly and priced within our family budget!! My Uncle ended up enjoying the company of there staff/ nurses so much that we saw a complete turn around in his mood within days!:) Thank you for EVERYTHING! comforcare would be a good place to work if they had a caring person working in the Massillon office, the guy in there is not very nice and he is very unfair, how you going to fire a person that worked there for six years and was a good aide, never called off, went just about any asked to go over some here say bull, that just is not right, very unfair place to work.
I would definitly recommend this company to anyone that has a loved one that needs some assistance. We had a great experience with the staff, they were loving and very caring for my father and can't express enough how thankful I am for have come in contact with such a compassionate place. I felt very comfortable leaving my dad with them and not have to worry about him not getting the best care. They were awesome! Thank you so much again!
More expensive than other local servics, disorganized and ineffecient office staff. Misleading and incomplete information. Poor screening of placement staff.
