The lady I spoke last time was very rude, her name was Kathy, she was very unprofessional, especially with my family member, I don't know how she keeps her job with that attitude.
This company only care about the money we pay, but not with my mom, there are days that my mom doesn't anyone to take care of her, especially when we need a caregiver to assist, I would never recommend this company to anyone, the person I spoke to has a very condescending tone, If I still remember, her name is Wendy. I don't know if she's new or she knows how to handle clients at all.
