I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for home care for their loved ones. Though they provided someone quickly, their communication, administration process and overall family interactions are terrible. they provided a PCA but had no idea that she was leaving on "vacation" one week later, no idea that she was gone and had not had "any communication with her" for several months before she was hired for our job.
