I must agree with the other reviews that the home aids are wonderful! But my experience with management was not so rewarding. My 93 yr old mother was signed up for daily care until I received a call at 6am that there was no one available to care for her on that day! Of course i asked to speak with management as this was unacceptable and unprofessional as far as i was concerned. I have had the pleasure of working with Dan and April, on and off, for a couple of years. They are both so kind and considerate and understanding. They understand that home care is for the in-firmed (in my case my elderly mother) but I am the one to coordinate and organize. They have definitely made my life easier.
The quality and care we provide is the best! The level of compassion for our clients is unmatched! If you need us we will do everything in our power to make it happen! Always engaged and ready to go, available 24/7. I love this job!
