Dr Demas and his entire staff are awesome! I always feel welcome and well cared for. They have been very accommodating fitting me in on short notice. Appointments are always timely and they make sure I am happy with all work done.
I met Dr Demas for the first time. It was an enjoyable first encounter. I also met Brittany and found her to be delightful. The people at the front desk were pleasant and attentive. It was a pleasure seeing Maureen. I first met her more than 30 years ago as I was a patient of Dr John Davis.
We'd been with our previous dentist for 20 years and changed because of her relocation. I found another dentist in Skokie and was greatly disappointed in their procedures so went in search of another dentist a year later. Every time I go to Family Dental, they treat me like a person, not a patient. Erica and Mary Kay are great each time I get my teeth cleaned and Dr. Demas is very thorough and realistic with what I need to do in order to maintain healthy teeth.
I have to say that everyone that dealt with today at this practice did an amazing job. I needed help with a crown that fell out at around 2:30 pm. By 5:00 pm I had been given an appointment, had my crown replaced and had a very good discussion moving forward with other work to improve my oral health. I am extremely happy with my choice to go there.
Family Dental Care is the most wonderful place to go if you need to take care of your teeth! I would highly recommend Dr. Demas. He is the best dentist I have ever seen. I have a lot of dental issues, and had seen many dentists before I found Dr. Demas I have been always afraid of any dental procedure so for years I've been trying to avoid dealing with my teeth problems. I had my teeth cleaned with the Cavitron system. Erica was my RDH and she was very good at the task. I had an area of discomfort to which she addressed satisfactory. The charge for this procedure and the Dentist exam was reasonable. The receipt for the visit however did not show what was done--just an amount. I would of liked a description of what was done so I could recall at a future date.----Mike----
I've had a few appointments with Family Dental. Mary Kay is my hygienist and does a wonderful painless job. Dr Demas was also very good. I look forward to my continued care with him. The entire staff if very friendly, efficient and accommodating.
