I do not recommend this company for home care services. While the aides themselves were great with my father, the management and scheduling are terrible. The office frequently pulls my father's regular aides to cover other clients without giving us any notice. Every time an aide doesn't show up, I have to call the office to find out what happened. I can personally say that ComForCare Home Care provides excellent and compassionate service. My grandmother has dementia and receives in-home care through ComForCare, and having dependable caregivers there to assist her has been such a blessing to our family.
