I asked for help with the billing, the lady named Alexandra picked up and said I am from everywhere, she doesn't have any idea how to Politely speak on the phone. I was very humble and courteous on the phone but she was just trying to be intimidating. Not a good way to treat the callers.
I’ve been working for ComForCare for a month now and I really appreciate how much they care for their employees and clients. Alexandra and Rio are great and always let me know when I am doing a good job. I’ve worked for a few other agencies and never have I received the type of encouragement I get with ComForCare. I would recommend employment and also families to trust their loved ones care with ComForCare.
The staff that the agency sends is always wonderful. Alexa that runs the company is always very helpful and responsive.
