HORRIBLE AGENCY WHO REFUSES TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. Don't let this agency put you in a horrible situation like they did my family!! They will promise you the world, act like they care, etc but all they care about is making money off of you. Even upper management REFUSES to stand by the promises they made. In the long run I don't even know the amount 0f money they have cost our family. Hopefully we'll be able to recover some of that but the stress and anxiety they've cost us can't really be repaired.
