When your agents are putting their trust in someone else’s work, and then trying to push the agenda on the customer to make a sale then you completely missed the mark in customer service. The poor lack of regulation of knowing who your agents work with in selling homes is astounding. All I can say is trust but most importantly verify everything that you are told by these people.
