Never do vestibule or awning here. Water started leaking here and there from the first day of installation. They promised to fix them, but they couldn't fix it, and the rain keeps leaking. After receiving the balance, they have been avoiding my contact and haven't even shown up. And then they say that the warranty period is over, so they demand money to fix it. Such a great sign company!!! Staff and management are incredible to work with. They emphasize on client satisfaction and it’s something I’ve never seen to that degree before. Best sign company ever. Highly recommend for decal, signage and anything they have to offer. Happy with the outcome of my spa signage and every team member.
Jack at Elevate Sign Group was phenomenal. Communication was excellent, we were given a few options that were all reasonably priced, work permit was secured by them, and most importantly the final product was better than expected. Highly recommend Elevate Sign Group.
