I rented a dumpster form them, they placed it against the woods so the door would not open. When I called them they said there was nothing they could do. When I asked for a discount they said no. I would never rent from them again. They don't care about the customer once the unit is dropped. This is just a short summary of this transaction, the details cover a month of discussions and pictures that they refused to acknowledge.

Rented a dumpster for the first time to clean out a house. Eagle Dumpster Rental was great. Their customer service was fantastic. They were able to get me a dumpster with very short notice. When I emailed them the request for it, someone called me back within 10 minutes to set up the drop off. If I ever need to rent a dumpster again, I'll definitely be using them again.
