The store staff is excellent. However I am disappointed in the handling of a damaged item. They damaged a brand new shirt in April. I completed a claim & was told to call corporate office if I don’t hear from them. Since then I have left many messages with no response. So 5 stars for store staff but do better on the corporate level!
Phenomenal service, very fast and communication was extremely clear and concise. Staff is great and very efficient. My go-to dry cleaners!
