If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off my daughter’s military uniform for same-day (Sunday) service, and the guy working there couldn’t care less. From the moment I walked in, he was glued to his phone, barely looking up or paying attention. By 4 PM, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called — only to find out they never even did the uniform. The 3 stars is for the pricing only, quality of workmanship is still great and competitive. I just picked up 10 dress shirts nothing fancy just plain dress/work shirts and 2 dress pants, it cost me $87.00. The young man behind the counter was trying to explain to me that they look at the fabric tags on clothing and base their pricing on what to charge, if this is their norm then I don’t know what to say, I am taken back by this process. Excellent customer service! Fareeda is friendly and helpful and a joy to see when dropping off and picking up! This is the only cleaners I will leave my clothes with and spend my hard earned money on!
