Very late and uncleaned garment returned; was still charged. Waste of money. I brought in a silk dress with a couple grease stains and a crusty stain from years ago. I was told to pick it up in 2 days. When I returned to pick it up, it was not ready. I had to leave town and my sister went to pick it up 1 week after dropping it off; it was not ready. They didn’t even seem to know how to properly press the pants crease. It felt like they just handled everything carelessly. I was pretty disappointed with the overall quality of the dry cleaning service. Waste of money and time....

I got 2 shirts and 2 jeans starched and ironed here on Monday 3/16/26, I requested the HEAVIEST starch they offered for both jeans and a medium starch for my shirts, they said they’d charge me a rush fee for getting them done the same day because I live out of town. It was 5$ not an issue at all but once I got my clothes (which was quoted to be ready at 5pm at a 8am drop off, but was ready by 2pm) the starch was WEAK for being their heaviest available starch.
