DO NOT BRING YOUR SWEATERS HERE! They hung a cashmere sweater on a metal hanger and ruined the shoulders ($400), and a sweater dress ($250), both ruined. WHO hangs cashmere like that… incompetence.
I just can’t take the rude service anymore. I have finally made the move to Holiday Cleaners and if they don’t work out I will go up valley. I’ve waited all summer to edit my review from 5 years ago because I do like the owner, Gary. I have had issues with mildew smelling damp jeans because they didn’t dry properly, missing shirts, lots and lots of stains not being washed out, and clothes not being done as requested as a loyal customer of ten years. Dropped my rug off to be dry cleaned. Came back cleaner then I could have ever imagined. They did an amazing job. The customer service was exceptional as well.
Very late and uncleaned garment returned; was still charged. Waste of money. I brought in a silk dress with a couple grease stains and a crusty stain from years ago. I was told to pick it up in 2 days. When I returned to pick it up, it was not ready. I had to leave town and my sister went to pick it up 1 week after dropping it off; it was not ready. Finally my mother went in to pick it up for me; she received the garment and paid ~$13 for the cleaning. But when we looked at it, it did not appeared to have been cleaned at all... read more
