Took my wedding dress in to get Cleaned, it came back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. They were not able to get it cleaned, and it was returned to me with several new stains on the top. When I picked it up they didnt say anything to me about why it was red on the bottom or about all the new stains. Very unhappy with the results.
I’ve used this dry cleaner 3 times now and unfortunately only the first was a good experience. The only thing I dry clean is our comforter. We have big drooly dogs and it can get pretty dirty even in a duvet. The first time it came back so clean; I was thrilled. The second time it was cleaner but not 100%, eh whatever some stains are hard. This time they said they were going to hand wash it. Site says same day service in by 9 out by 5. Arrived just after 8 to get a pair of pants washed and pressed and was told 5pm the next day or 10am the next day if paid for rush fee. Clearly not same day service so took pants elsewhere. UPDATED- owners explanation sounds like they have a corporate website which I understand. Came back now to get a pair of pants pressed and washed and did an amazing job at a great price. Seems like the owner truly wants to make people happy with there expirence.
I went here to take my comforter to get clean.I was told it would be over a week before I get it back. Was told it would be a week when asking, why was not given sufficient answer? Oyher Than we washed one at a time. When I question further to get a better understanding, I got nothing but attitude. Since i'm new to town, I won't be going back. Because if I wanted attitude, I would have stayed in the city
