My first visit to Comet great customer service and explained the process. Jacket were cleaned and looking new. Definitely will be taking all my dry cleaning there.
Comet does great work at a reasonable price and the ladies on the front are always cordial.

Didn’t do a good job with my comforter upon drop off i told them that it had tassels and to be extra careful with it my partner did sign a release form but they should have atleast discounted the item in some way for ruining a $500 comforter. My comforter was completely missing the tassels and had spots all over it. I asked the young girl working for a claim form and she lied and told me she didn’t have any and will give me a call back that day to come pick it up i haven’t heard from them since nor have i received my missing... read more
