Ruined my silk polo shirt! I brought in a silk polo shirt for dry cleaning, clearly labeled as silk and requiring delicate care. When I picked it up, I was shocked to find three visible holes in the fabric. It’s obvious the shirt was treated like cotton or another sturdy material, not the delicate silk it is. I trusted this business to handle my clothing with care, but instead, I’m left with a ruined garment.
