Had been a loyal and extremely patient customer since moving to the area 5 years ago, but the quality has progressively gone down. Just picked up my order and for the umpteenth time my slacks were creased down the side instead of the middle. Not only creased in the obvious wrong location, they also ruined the permanent press crease that was on the pants in the correct location from the store at purchase. I dropped off my husband's shirts and 2 of my long sleeve button up shirts. They are both long sleeve button up shirts, but they charged $2 more per shirt for women's. His was $3.50, women's button up shirt is $5.50. His are on the left and mine on the right. And the black one had debris on it, so not sure if it was cleaned or not to be honest.

The job was done right, but where do they find these people that work there? Very salty attitude, I mean, if you hate your job, just leave!

My experience was the same as the rest of the one star reviews. Five out of ten shirts dropped off for dry cleaning had damaged buttons. They refused to fix it and asked that I pay to fix the damage they caused. Never coming back.
