Lost and damaged shirts. They did not care and told us that they did not see our clothes on their cctv camera during drop off. They did not care.
I dropped off clothes on Monday morning and was told they'd be ready "after 5" - part of their same day service guarentee. I came back that evening at 6:00 and was told they weren't ready. I came back 2 days later to try again and while they were retrieving my shirts, I asked the cashier if they would adjust the bill since the clothes weren't ready when promised. She said no.
