I dropped off clothes on Monday morning and was told they'd be ready "after 5" - part of their same day service guarentee. I came back that evening at 6:00 and was told they weren't ready. I came back 2 days later to try again and while they were retrieving my shirts, I asked the cashier if they would adjust the bill since the clothes weren't ready when promised. She said no. Rarely open when schedule to be open. Will not return phone calls or clothing. Horse show customers from Will Rogers Memorial Center should not use this cleaners.
