STAY AWAY! Comet Cleaners at 2425 NE Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, TX ruined a $400 dress I brought in to be cleaned--and the owner won't return my calls. I brought it in to be cleaned in December, and it came back all frayed. I was told I could fill out a complaint form, and was assured that the owner would call me. I've followed up numerous times, but never get a response. Obviously the owner is hoping I just give up and he won't have to pay for the company's negligence.
Brought my clothes here and I can't be more fully satisfied with the results. Definitely, this laundry service is one of the bests if not the best!
I paid for next day service and was informed that one of my items was not ready. She said my comforter was still wet. Two days later when i went to pick up. This is unacceptable because i assumed it would be ready prior to freezing temp. Need better customer service.
Lost and damaged shirts. They did not care and told us that they did not see our clothes on their cctv camera during drop off. They did not care.

Your company is new in the area,this area deserved good employees. Customer services is very important for your type off business. Please make sure your employees are trainee correctly. Special if they said they are bilingual. Good luck
Can't seem to get clothes right. Maybe third time is a charm. Looking for a new cleaner.
When we were in Cleburne in June for our daughter's wedding, we had to have her wedding dress pressed. They did an excellent job (got out the wrinkle at the front of her dress!) and were VERY fair in their pricing. They were also very friendly and accomodating and did just as they said they would. Wish they were in our home town!
My brother-in-law went to this cleaners 8-15-2012 and asked if they can sew a patch on to an article of clothing and the vendor said "yes we do that". My brother-in-law showed the man behind the counter the patch which was Chevron Military Stripes and the vendor said with a scowl on his face "NO, you go now!" My brother-in-law wanted the Stripes sew on to an Air Force shirt for himself and my young Nephew to wear to my Father's funeral this Saturday in Fort Worth, Texas.
