I took a bedspread there to be dry cleaned and when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it. I went back twice more during the following week, and they still couldn't find it. After I went a final time, the manager was able to locate it. They hadn't even put it in a bag yet. And when I took it home to put it on my bed, I found a large tear along the seam on the underside of the comforter that they elected not to bring to my attention or offer any apologies, discount, or reimbersement.
