Absolutely, hands-down the WORST dry cleaning experience of my life. As I arrived to pick up my large amount of dry cleaning, the girl behind the counter immediately rung up my order and processed my credit card... Mistake on my part. As she brings out my clothes she tells me that they decided against cleaning a dress that I had brought in because it was "heavily stained".
