Called this morning to see if they could launder 5 quilts same day. Placed call at 8:30am. Young lady who answered assured me they could do this job. Loaded all quilts in car drove 20 mins to the business. When I arrived same young lady tells me they cannot do it now because it is after 9:00am. She never informed me on initial call that I had to be there before 9:00am. Then I was willing to leave them if they could have them back to me by 3:00pm the next day.
