I had high hopes going into this experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in a key area: professionalism. While it’s clear the owner is confident in their work, that confidence often comes across as dismissive and unwilling to listen to customer input. Outstanding work. We have used Comerio for two remodel projects in our home - our basement finish and a master bath remodel, and have recommended them to friends and coworkers. Damon takes the time to talk through every part of the construction process, doesn't sugar coat things, and doesn't hide costs that will bite you later. The level of finish work is absolutely top-notch. Highly recommended!

Working with Comerio Homes was a blast for my client in buying her first house. The process was smooth, their showroom was great for seeing the finishes and trims to choose from, and the house itself was exactly what my client was searching for! I’m truly excited to have a client under contract to build a Comerio custom home! Damon and his staff have been nothing short of outstanding to work with… before, during and after getting to the contract stage. My clients had many questions and requests, and each one was dealt with professionally and thoroughly. This is going to be a fun project, and I’m sure I’ll be posting an “after” review when it’s done!
