Outstanding work. We have used Comerio for two remodel projects in our home - our basement finish and a master bath remodel, and have recommended them to friends and coworkers. Damon takes the time to talk through every part of the construction process, doesn't sugar coat things, and doesn't hide costs that will bite you later. The level of finish work is absolutely top-notch. Highly recommended!

If I could give this builder 0 stars we would. There is no professionalism when it comes to warranty claims. We have been in this house for 8 weeks and the AC unit has not worked for consecutive weeks since closing. Damon Comerio and his staff refuse to answer the phone and resolve claims after calling, leaving voicemails or texting upwards of 20+ times. The warranty company is useless.
