Outstanding service, great staff. Very knowledgeable branch manager. They really went above and beyond.
My visit is always outstanding. There is a fabulous beautiful man Mr. Samuel BARIKA a wonderful teller that has outstanding customer service skills. Had a great experience yesterday. The two ladies were pleasant and helpful. I have been with Comerica for 7 or 8 years, and this was my first visit to this branch. There are hardly ever any lines, and they will actually get to know you and call you by name.
Horrible branch! I agree with all bad comments here! Went to open a checking account , they started asking thousands of questions. Like wbu I want an account there, why I don’t like my current bank. I felt like I was at deposition! They made me feel like I’m not giving them my money but want to borrow a money from them. I gave them my CA DL , they asked me for a passport (I gave them my Ukrainian foreign passport) they said that they need secondary ID! It’s already 2! Big time assholes !! Comerica Bank in Beverly Hills, CA racially discriminated against me (Manager/Teller)and refused to allow me to withdraw funds available in my account. I had to call the police in order to validate myself after I presented my account number, identification, and bank card. Futhermore, as a retaliatory tactic they suspended all of my accounts for no justifiable reason. This is blatant bias and needs to be addressed. A discrimination lawsuit is being prepared.
