Horrible branch! I agree with all bad comments here! Went to open a checking account , they started asking thousands of questions. Like wbu I want an account there, why I don’t like my current bank. I felt like I was at deposition! They made me feel like I’m not giving them my money but want to borrow a money from them. I gave them my CA DL , they asked me for a passport (I gave them my Ukrainian foreign passport) they said that they need secondary ID! It’s already 2! Big time assholes !! Comerica Bank in Beverly Hills, CA racially discriminated against me (Manager/Teller)and refused to allow me to withdraw funds available in my account. I had to call the police in order to validate myself after I presented my account number, identification, and bank card. Futhermore, as a retaliatory tactic they suspended all of my accounts for no justifiable reason. This is blatant bias and needs to be addressed. A discrimination lawsuit is being prepared.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!!! God forbid you bring a Comerica check to Comerica. Even with no customers in the lobby and a fully staffed bank, they'll still manage to make you feel as if you're a bother rather than a customer who deserves respect. There's always a way to speak to a customer and this branch could use training on making people feel valuable rather than a burden. Would love if the branch manager could reach out to me directly.
