Very slow doing transactions. The person helping me had to stop multiple times to help another teller.
I have been banking with comerica Bank for years, my experience with this branch is terrible, I called for a question, Sue put me on hold for 10 minutes, she comes back, and after few words the phone was disconnected !, I called again and she put me on hold for 23 minutes I hanged up. For third time someone else replied and said we were busy. Well if you are busey don't make me wait tell me to call in another time. Bad customer service.
