I was really surprised by all the negative reviews I read about regarding the Comerica on Dixie Highway near White Lake Road. I have been banking there for four years and have had exceptional customer service every time I have been to the bank. They know me by name and are always super friendly.

So disappointed with Comerica! I’ve been banking with them for over 25 years!! I am so frustrated with all the issues I have! They are so behind with the times, I am constantly calling the 800 number or the bank. Home or a couple hours away for a dinner it’s fraud. try to use door dash it’s fraud, try to get breakfast it’s fraud, try to use Apple Pay it’s fraud. I am happy for fraud alert but this is getting ridiculous and embarrassing when I am out and I get declined for no apparent reason but fraud alert!!!!!! I have calle... read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced in my life. Completely unprofessional and flat out rude. Will never be returning to this location ever again.
