Their moto Higher Level of Service is NO SERVICE at all. I went into the Westlake branch today at 1:30 to open a savings account in response to an add they sent me. There was only one person there and he told me that I need an appointment for that and the first one is 20 days away. I'm probably lucky to have discovered this disaster of a financial institution at first contact and saved myself a lot of grief in the future
