This branch has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I'm closing all of my accounts and moving them to another bank. Unable to speak to the branch manager for 4 months, after she advised she would call me back as soon as she was done with her customer. Promise to return my telephone calls numerous times and have never received a call. Pesimo servicio, mal trato , no quisieron cambiar un bill pay check de Comerica bank a mi nombre. Porque no tenia cuenta y no reconocian el cheque. Nesecitan mas entrenamiento tanto la manager como la cajera de ventanilla.. No regreso y no recomiendo esa sucursal.(el cheque lo cambiaron sin problema en otra sucursal)
