Paul is such an amazing worker. He asks about my life every time I come in. Truly makes me feel welcome and cared for by this bank. I honestly go out of my way to come to this bank just to deal with nice bank Workers.
Opened a new account this morning with Lisa at the Comerica branch in downtown Northville. Due to COVID, she got almost everything set up over the phone. To finalize the account setup, I just had to go to the branch to sign a few things and we were done. Super easy.
