Spent 2 minutes in this bank with Tiffany and she resolved 2 issues that other branches in San Jose couldn’t resolve in multiple visits. Service was awesome.
The bankers, Yeniva and Emiliano are never helpful and chit chat with themselves more then with their clients. Closing my accounts.
The bank itself is decent, tellers are friendly and helpful. However, they do need new bankers. The woman there that’s a banker is always turning people away when I wait in line even if she’s not doing anything, and every other time I’m im here I get turned away by them. Tellers always go above and beyond, thank you Kim & Denise. If you need to do things other then basic cash transactions go somewhere else
