09.10.2025 I have been a loyal customer for the past several year's. I was drawn to this particular bank when cashing a check with a "LIVE Teller" without having to wait in line for a bank teller in house. I KNOW this is the GREATEST Service I had ever encountered. So this is new! You have to listen to this! I stepped into the bank because my payroll check is over what my Digital bank will allow me to deposit on my phone. Realistically, since my employer uses the bank, I’m thinking I might open an account? The young lady at the bank right now says they cannot cash the check because they have to order the money! I have an account with this bank. But no account can be found. Don't understand. Now I can't get my money. Went to the market couldn't pay for my food.my card keeps getting denied.
No 100 dollar bills available from inside atm
Most slowest bank ever they have people in training and they take for ever instead of putting someone who knows what there doing . Came here before and they said just to cash a check I could only use the atm and they have like 20 staff and half of them don’t come to the desk to help when the lines are long every unprofessional in my believe . There are other branches that don’t have as much problems . Would love to come back because it’s the closest but really is annoying to wait
