This location needs diversity training. They disrespect black people constantly. Yesterday 4-9-24 in the drive through around 1:20 i submitted my id and bank card. The teller says can i help you Buddy. Mark is the name on my license not buddy. I have a dog name buddy. Buddy means N *****. Im 54 yrs old not a dog or kid.
I've been using this branch 20 yrs .also others I don't know everyone but mostly everyone. Today hit me REALLY hard i was in the drive thru. Asked the teller for change small bill's. She asked for me ID. Left me speechless. Never had that in 20 yrs. What's a person to think! Is it the color of my skin!
