One of the worst locations ever! I just want to be able to go in, make a payment and leave! For some reason every time something goes wrong and take forever to do one of the most simplest transactions! I am sure they don’t have or don’t want to schedule enough people, it’s embarrassing and I wish I could make the payment online, but since it is a HELOC I can’t. Please train your staff well!
