Holding my money on a Direct Express card and refuses to send it back. Rude Customer Service. Tried calling the President, Curtis Farmer but never available
Too eager to protect me as they put my card on hold on Friday afternoons leaving voice mail which shits down my debit card until Monday (repeatly). You can’t call 800 number without 1 hour wait on hold time??? I can’t wait for 1 hour for anyone and certainly hate this “”protection”

Customer service is horrible. Your atm took and kept my debit card and you won't pay for expedited shipping for your mistake. Unbelievable.
This company is horrible at customer service. I have tried 3 different days at 3 different times to call customer service. All three times and hold times in excess of 2-3 hours. Ridiculous!!! Then when you do get to someone they say you have to have the account number. I have work at a bank and a credit union and you have other methods to verify people.
Great place to work and bank.
