HORRIBLE BANK!!!! They are holding on to a direct deposit paycheck because I changed to a different bank and are refusing to release it. Absolutely shady bank!!!! Do not trust them! Tried to call customer service and then got passed around to 4 different people, had to explain the story to each person and then got sent to a voicemail???????
