I'd like to express my gratitude to the banking staff at 601 S. Figueroa St. 100, particularly Vanessa, Keith, Domique, and Darren, for addressing all my banking needs.
One star for one-stage thinkers; certainly not accommodating. What's the point of having a bank "manager" if she neither has problem solving skills nor the authority to make decisions, empty title. They treated me like I work for them! They are soo fired! It's no wonder they've been downgraded and are closing branches. They wasted my time and resources with their double-talk and high fees. I'm moving to a real bank, Chase.
Excellent customer service; just like how banks used to be in the past.
