my review is overall of Comerica, this bank has been truly helpful and focuses on building quality relationship. Your not just another number but an actual person, they focus on truly helping you finanancially. Most of the bad reviews ive seen are people accessing fees which every bank and credit union have, especially if you dont use the acocunt. other than that Comerica has been a blessing for my family . very honest, never pushes product but always shares what their promotions are. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is stuck in the Stone Age. The manager is gone for over a month and no one is able to do managerial tasks in their absence. There is no online banking offered. I have had to make numerous trips in person to accomplish tasks culminating in today where I came in at the normal time that I have been coming in after I get off of work before they close and today was told that I had to arrive before 2 in order to do a wire transfer.
