First time client of Comer Nowling & Associates - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE experience. Glenn Comer missed 2 scheduled calls with us to discuss our portfolio / filing details. 3 months chasing the team for an update on filing status alone, which they could not provide. It is now June 7th and we still have not received any follow up to multiple phone calls and emails. Would not recommend this team to anyone.
Absolute wizard with taxes and customer service. Franchelle, the office manager, is a gem. This is truly a VIP-top-notch tax and accounting firm. Glenn is also a classic rock fan.
Have been with Glenn Comer for several years now and can honestly say he’s been GREAT! I think he cares more about my accounting than I do for sure!
