Excellent service, Barbara is always on time and makes otherwise tedious processes simple. She is an incredible person, who personally dedicates her efforts to keeping processes smooth and easy for you.
I used the service for notary with apostille, opt for 7 days, Barbara did a great job on time with everything.
I needed an apostille for my diploma while I was out of the country. CTYN picked up the document, got the apostille, then shipped the document to me in Thailand. It was so convenient to have them take care of everything rather than try to get friends and family to move the documents around. Barbara was attentive and reliable. I'd definitely use them again.
I have mixed feelings about this firm. 1. I can say, that the mobile notary has a bad service. She had no patience, and she spoke quite, coldly, sharply. I understand, that she may be tired, but I'm customer and paid $ 500 for the work, I would like a little patience and a friendly attitude. This is not the last firm to behave like this. 2.
