I wrote the owner of this company a polite, professional email detailing a specific experience I had with one of her employees who was placing unsorted files from one box to another box of unsorted files as part of her "organizing" service. I was left paying nearly $500 for a 6-hour session that left me with 9 unsorted boxes!
