not even going to go into detail about how terrible minkin management is. just read the other reviews and know they are all true. the building was just bought out by enigma properties, so we’ll see if they make up for minkin’s 1 star. won’t be renewing.
Heat was barely there when I lived there. Cobwebs and holes in the basement. I got told when I toured in March of 2024 that the hallways would be redone never happened. Granted yes I moved out on a short noticed they originally tried charging me over $10,000 in charges and then once someone rented my unit out that I had they sent me an updated bill around $3,000. Wouldn’t recommend here at all.
So many red flags here. Always smells like either cigarettes or weed inside the halls. Walls are extremely thin. (If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this is NOT the place to be). Landlord is useless and doesn't resolve anything. Plus I am pretty sure one of the maintenance guy steals from my apartment when I submit a maintenance request. Some of my stuff has gone missing in my apartment. Beware of the property. Kaylee(Landlord) will lie to you about all these renovations they are doing when you tour the property. They a... read more
