If I could give no stars, I would give no stars. I waited in the parking lot for the manager to show up. She never showed up. I called and called and nobody answered the phone. I kept getting a message saying not today. I think that this is misleading for one that it says pool apartments and there’s not one pool in the insight. Don’t waste your time. They don’t care about renting.

Do not stay here! This place is horrible and not worth the money. Inside always smells Like either cigarettes or weed. The walls are extremely thin. Broken intercom. Thief happens in the storage unit in the basement. Lazy and useless landlord. As soon as you sign your lease, don’t expect to hear much from her. She will ghost you and ignore your calls and messages. They are raising rent here so trust me. It’s not worth it. You have been warned.

Do not stay here! This place is horrible and not worth the money. Where do I start. 1. The building itself is outdated. I am in building 4 (10472 W Montana Ave). The front lobby door is broken. What is the point of having that butterflyMX intercom if they aren't going to fix. It keeps saying that it doesn't have internet connection. The actual door itself doesn't close property unless you hold it for it to close. The door that leads to the basement keeps getting jammed or again doesn't shut all the way. The model apartment looks nothing like the actual unit you get! They don’t let you see it until after you’ve signed the lease, and by then, it’s too late to back out. The place looks outdated, and for this price, I could’ve found something much better. The walls are so thin you can hear everything no peace or privacy at all! I’ve had other neighbors tell me that when they first moved in, things weren’t even fixed properly and I can relate because I went through the same thing! Tenants of Garden Pool received a email to leave a review so we could get $250.00 off of rent. In my honest opinion, Would not recommend. They require renter’s insurance so they would not be held liable for damaging your stuff. They just simply say “sorry. go file a claim.” Hallways always smell like weed and cigarettes. Laundry room is never cleaned every time I go in there. These walls are very thin, you can hear neighbors from the walls and above/below.
