So many red flags here
Horrible property. Nothing ever gets fixed. The place always smells like cigarettes (even though we aren't allowed to be smoking inside the building). Landlord is lazy and makes excuses for everything(Kaylee). She never answers her emails or phone. Maintenance crew never fix anything on the property. They would lie about fixing a issue. (Pretty sure one of them robbed my apartment). Their has been a couple of times now where Kaylee tried to charge for "assigned parking fee" on my rent when it should already be included. If you want to have any sort of quality of life, do not live here. The property manager, Kaylee Bernal, consistently breaks fair housing laws. She was disclosing information about other residents to a new tenant that was there to sign her lease (this was the day of my tour and should have been my first red flag). She never answers the office phone, never returns my phone calls or my emails (I would also be interested to know if I’m the only tenant experiencing this issue, because again, fair housing).
