Love it ! Great place on water to relax without crowds and all comforts you could want. Short drive to Kemah Boardwalk and numerous restaurants. Bay Room is espically nice. I highly recommend and will return �
So close but felt like a world away. We now have our go to get away. Very peaceful and relaxing. The hosts, Don and Pat, are so friendly and welcoming. You can be secluded and left alone, or you can socialize with the other guest/residents. Totally up to you. My husband and I went for our anniversary and booked for next year before we left. And we plan to visit several times in between as availability allows. My friends and I were looking for a few days get-away. Had made plans to go in June and had reservations in Galveston. Due to circumstances, we had to delay a month. Now we know why...we were supposed to stay here, instead. Don and Pat made us feel like we were coming home. We were able to relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of their beautiful home. We will definitely be back!
We can't wait to go back next summer and stayv a little longer.
I wanted to stay longer but, the cottage was already booked. The owners were so tolerant and patient with my grandchildren especially p especially my grandson, age 7. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer. The view from the deck was beautiful and I was so relaxed. I would go back in a minute.
Nice relaxing atmosphere. The Bay Room is just to the left with nice deck and French door view of Galveston Bay. Great breakfast and location near the Kemah Boardwalk. Good seafood around every corner.
