I had a great experience. Valencia is very personable and knowledgeable. She is willing to go slow and help you transition out of the damage while providing excellent care for the hair you have.

From the beautiful decor, to the warm and inviting atmosphere and Valencia, one of the best beautician's I've ever had because she's not only a great stylist but she is very big on hair care! So not only will your hair be beautifully styled, it will also be healthy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER SALON AND HER!!
The most absolute fabulous hairstylist! My hair is natural and I received a silk press. My hair had lots of body and sheen. I had so many compliments! Platty is the best!!!
