I have been trying to reach someone there for 2 weeks now at COMDOC and no one has returned our calls or emails. We need toner, yet no one will come out to help us and when I went to their office, it was dark and no one was there. We have a signed contract for services we are supposed to receive, yet all that happens is their calls go to a call center who takes a message. Our printer has been down for over a month and no one will reply to our emails to repair the printer. emails have gone out to Jef..., Dar..., Jenn...., afenn... and Robert not one reply...this is unbelievable -negative100 stars

Cliff, service manager, is always extremely professional and informative in handling my service calls. He takes the time to hear my concerns and makes it a point to address each one and educate on how to potentially eliminate the problem from occurring in the future. He is very thorough with his maintenance and very pleasant in his disposition. He cares about the quality of his work and the reputation of the company he works for. A rarity these days.
