COMDOC has been extremely valuable at the real estate brokerage I work at. Whenever we have issues they are quick to respond for troubleshooting and order/deliver toner when levels are low. We love using them for our printer maintenance - we can stay very hands off.
I have been trying to reach someone there for 2 weeks now at COMDOC and no one has returned our calls or emails. We need toner, yet no one will come out to help us and when I went to their office, it was dark and no one was there. We have a signed contract for services we are supposed to receive, yet all that happens is their calls go to a call center who takes a message. Our printer has been down for over a month and no one will reply to our emails to repair the printer. emails have gone out to Jef..., Dar..., Jenn...., afenn... and Robert not one reply...this is unbelievable -negative100 stars
